The present Terms and Conditions govern the website and print services offered by Simply Print. By accessing and/or using these services, you agree to abide with these Terms. If you do not accept any portion of these Terms, please do not access or use the services.

1. What We Offer

Simply Print offers professional printing services such as large format printing, signage, promotional materials, display graphics, and marketing collateral, to name a few.

All services will be conditional upon availability, and we may change or discontinue a service at our discretion.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders must be complete with specifications and final artwork. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in full prior to the start of production, unless other arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to refuse any orders that violate our content policies or any other regulations set by the industry.

3. Artwork & Design Files

The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy, resolution, and format of their submitted files.

Simply Print will not accept any responsibility for errors on submitted artwork such as typo errors, image resolution issues, color discrepancy, and layout problems.

When our team assists with design or alterations, final sign-off is required before going to print.

4.Turnaround Time

Different turnaround times apply to different products and depend on the volume of the order. An estimate will be provided for delivery upon placement of the order. While all efforts will be made to meet the deadlines given, Simply Print will not be liable for unforeseen delays due to equipment malfunction, shipping problems, or Acts of God.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to specifiable service areas.
• Once the order leaves our facility, Simply Print assumes no liability for delays or damages arising during transit.
• Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours from receipt.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

A cancellation may take place before production starts, sometimes at a cancellation cost. Orders are non-refundable once production has started. In cases of a defective or wrong product, you must notify us within three business days for resolution or consideration of reprint.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and artwork provided by Simply Print are our intellectual property and may not be used without written consent. The client must ensure ownership or rights for any content, images, or branding submitted for print.

8. Limitation of Liability

Simply Print is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the particular service in question.

10. Alterations

Simply Print holds the privilege to alter these Terms & Conditions under notice at any time. The updates will be found on this page, along with the new effective date.
